The staff of the Quinta.

We are a family owned and run business and we employ four local staff who assist with reception duties.  Between us we speak English, Portuguese, Spanish and French.

Please feel free to fax or phone us, but if possible, please follow up with an email to ensure that we have a confirmed understanding of our conversations and your requirements.

We require a booking deposit to confirm and secure your booking.  Our preference is for a cheque or bank transfer of 40% of the quoted cost.  In normal circumstances we do not cash these cheques, we return them to you when you pay your bill in full on a credit card.  If you have to cancel your booking four weeks before the arrival date, we will refund your money in full.  If less than four weeks notice is given, we will attempt to rebook the room and refund any cost that we recover up to 100%.
